South Lancaster Quad Bike Crimes

There have been a number of crimes overnight in South Lancaster where the suspects have used a quad bike:

  • On Bay Horse Drive, tools were stolen from a van with the suspects riding away on a quad bike.
  • On Goodwood Road the suspected offenders were seen on a quad bike with some of the stolen property.
  • The cafe at Williamson's Park was broken into with a quad bike being used to drag the safe out of the building.
  • On Greaves Drive, males with a quad bike were seen trying vehicle door handles.
  • On the Lune Industrial Estate, a small vehicle was used to unsuccessfully ram the shutter doors of one of the businesses.
  • On Willow Lane shortly after, three suspicious males were seen in a rear garden of a house.

Our investigation teams are working hard to identify and prosecute those involved and we will be conducting extra patrols in these areas in the coming nights but we also need your help:

  • If you have any private CCTV please can you check it between 1am and 4am in case it has captured anyone acting suspiciously near your property.
  • Please ensure you keep you home and vehicles locked and secured overnight.
  • Please report any suspicious activity you see or hear overnight straight away.
