We have been speaking to Nikky Smedley who played the actual Laa Laa in the hit children's TV show Teletubbies!
Nikky Smedley played the yellow one in the original series of Teletubbies on the BBC for six years.
Now she's bringing her one-woman show 'Confessions of a Teletubby' to The Dukes in Lancaster to tell her incredible behind-the-scenes story of what it was like to be part of the 1990s children's television phenomenon.
Come and hear how she got the job by dressing as a bistro table; what it was really like inside one of those (surprisingly large) Tubby suits; how the NooNoo really worked and why children loved the show so much.
